Telehealth/Virtual Counseling

Over the past few years, my practice has been strongly based in tele-health/virtual sessions. I have been trained in techniques for both children and adults to provide a productive and engaging virtual therapeutic space. If it would be best to connect virtually, I am happy to meet you that way. Anyone who signs up for virtual therapy will be provided with an at home “welcome kit” to utilize during our sessions together.
