About Main Line Creative Counseling
Rebecca Livingston, MA, LPC
I am a master’s level art therapist and a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in a variety of clinical settings. I have special interest and training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma as well as perinatal and postpartum care for women. My mission is to provide a safe, accepting, and healing space within the therapeutic relationship.
I am actively involved in my local community and am an advocate for mental health services and art therapy. I love the creative process and sharing this passion with my patients through a person-centered and strengths based therapeutic approach. I utilize art therapy, counseling, as well as play therapy techniques to provide a therapeutic environment where people can grow, learn new skills, and express themselves. I believe that every person has unique inner strengths and can harness and utilize these strengths to promote growth and self-awareness. My practice affirms and accepts all individuals for their unique identity, story, history, and strengths.
Along with being passionate about providing a therapeutic space for my clients, I am a mom, printmaker/artist, and lover of nature and hiking.
