Art Therapy

Art therapy allows a creative healing space if you are experiencing stressors and anxiety, facing challenges, processing trauma, or looking for a therapeutic artistic outlet. Art therapy often involves a verbal component but it does not have to be the focus. You do not need any artistic skills to participate in art therapy. It is about the process and not the product! I am here to guide you through the art therapy experience and create a safe space for self-exploration using a variety of media.

Individual Art Therapy for teens and adults

Art Therapy isn't just for children. Teens and adults can benefit from art therapy as a tool for self-expression and self-exploration. Sometimes, the materials will be offered in an "open studio" format and other times, I will come in with projects and directives to share.

Art-Play based therapy for children

Children naturally express themselves through play and/or creative means. Art and play are incredibly important in the development of a child and I create a space where they can freely explore and feel safe and supported. I provide a playful, imaginative, and creative environment both in-person and virtually for children who come to see me. No matter what a child comes in with, I will meet them where they are.
